Materials Needed: Wilton Edible Gold Stars, also available at Joann’s. 2 Salad-sized Plates Tap Water Stemware of your choice. Mine are a vintage set I scored at less than $1 a glass! Champagne or beverage of your choice The process is very similar to adding a salt rim to a margarita glass: Step 1. Add a small amount of tap water to one of the plates so that the water is about an 1/8″ deep. Step 2. On the other plate, sprinkle the gold stars in a circle roughly the size of your wine or champagne glass rim. Step 3. Turn the wine glasses upside down, and one at a time, place the rim of the glass on the place with the water so just the tip of the rim is coated in water.
