Incorporated in 1999, AW Technical Center USA is a group company of Aisin-AW, with technical centers located in Ann Arbor (MI), Plymouth (MI), Los Angeles (CA), San Jose (CA), and Plano (TX). AWTC-USA has been established in order to support the development of vehicle powertrain and information technology systems for Aisin-AW North and South American customers. In order to consistently exceed our customers' expectations, we will never cease in our efforts to develop and improve upon our processes. We will achieve our business objectives through strong trust-based relationships with both Aisin-AW and their customers, requirement compliance, continuous improvement of our management system's effectiveness, and by providing: world class product quality, timely customer support, a proactive corporate attitude, regular feedback of market trends and technical information to Aisin-AW, and continuous presentation of Aisin-AW's products and technology.
