This is a 24 inch extruded aluminum cutting ruler/gauge made in Japan by Shinwa Measuring Instruments. Extrusion is 1.380 ibches wide by .190 inches thick and tapers on one edge. Rule has a rubber strip on the back to prevent slipping. Markings are graduated in 1/16ths. Has a hanging hole.
