Gessobord is made from premium warp-resistant 1/8 profile FSC-certified Hardbord™ that is protected with Ampersand's proprietary Archiva-Seal™ and coated with professional-grade acrylic gesso. It is an acid-free, archival, museum-quality panel. Total profile depth (panel and 2 cradle): 2 1/8.The superior quality acrylic gesso ground does not dull colors and the slight, even texture provides exceptional brush control for fine detail.
