ArtMolds ArtLube100 is a release agent specifically formulated for use with polyurethane molding systems and ArtMolds KastEZ urethane casting system as well as other polyurethanes epoxies polyester resins and silicone rubbers A liquid external release agent that dries at room temperature ArtLube100 forms a monomolecular film that adheres by absorption to the mold walls and has no affinity for the resin This selective adhesion prevents the film from easily being torn off by the demolded part ArtLube100 may be applied to hot or cold molds by spraying wiping or brushing Spraying with a fine mist is preferable because it eliminates wipe or brush marks and results in the smoothest finish with the fastest drying time For best results allow the solvent to evaporate and the surface to dry for approximately 10minutes For quicker drying times dry the master or mold surface with warm air ArtLube100 should be used sparingly as applying too much may build up and cover some mold details ArtLube100 contains no silicone no wax and no stearate
