Fill each foil letter balloon with air using the included straw. And then string them together using the included white ribbon to turn it into a banner. It is NOT made for helium.

Each letter is separate and is approximately 13 inches tall.
Directions:
Using the enclosed straw, insert it into the part of the balloon marked valve until part of the straw is inside the balloon. Blow on the straw, inflating the letter until it is filled completely. Remove straw. Once all letters have been inflated, take the ribbon and string it across the top of each of the letters to spell Happy. When stringing balloons, be sure the part of the balloon that says valve is facing backwards and that the top row of letters also has holes on the bottom. Then cut the string and string the bottom part interviewing it into the top balloons.
