There's Vantablack, and then Stuart Semple's Black 4.0, which absorbs 99.95% of visible light. It took the British artist around 7 years to develop and works on all surfaces. Cleaning is a breeze, as Black 4.0 thins with water. To maximize Black 4.0, make sure to use a nice soft brush at room temperature and as little paint as possible while spreading it evenly across the surface.
