Hold sharpening disk in one hand, position blade directly onto abrasive disk and twist back and forth a few times. Use coarse side (beige) of sharpening disk to smooth damaged blade edges. Use fine side (gray) to sharpen dull blade to a razor-sharp finish. Sharpen both sides of blade equally.
