Description

The Stand-Up Cutter is used to slice glue-down carpet into strips for faster removal, or for rough cutting of carpet off the roll. It features a sharp, hardened steel point with a precision-machined slot for guiding either a utility or hook blade. The point is designed to puncture the glued-down carpet and ride on the subfloor, pre-cutting the material to extend the life of the blade. As the point is pushed, it lifts the carpet to the utility blade where it is cut.
