My turnaround time for your pieces depends on the time of year and the influx of orders. On average, please expect about a 4-6 month turnaround time. These items are made to order and the preparation, as well as the preservation process, as well as finishing touches take time. If you have an order you need for a birthday, anniversary, etc. please message me and let me know. If you are placing an order last minute and I have approved this order, please know that I have orders that have been places months ahead of yours that will take precedent. I strive to send out the best pieces as possible, If you have any questions please do not hesitate to ask. ❀ Please remember that while I have honed my skills, I will still be working with live products and imperfections can occur. This can include bubbles, change of color from your flowers (example: red flowers after drying will come out much darker, white flowers sometimes dry with a yellow hue), some flowers might have slight look of transparency or lose color. While I try my best to prevent all of this, sometimes it's out of my control. ❀ There are flowers/plants that are not easily preserved, tropical plants are among those. Once you place your order we can discuss what flowers your bouquet will have, and what we can and cannot use. ❀ It is important that you send your fresh bouquet to me as soon as possible, preferably overnight. I will always do by best to work with what I receive, and will be sending detailed shipping information after purchasing. But be aware that if you opt for a longer ship time your flowers or bouquet can acquire bruising, wilting, and mold from the event and from shipping. And this can affect that final product when reacting with the resin. ❀ Epoxy resin unfortunately is extremely sensitive to UV rays and is prone to yellowing over time. ❀ I will work with you through every step of this process, and am here to answer any questions you might have during this process.
