Dolph made good use of this postcard album (Album Pour Cartes Postales) his parents gave him as a birthday present on August 2, 1900. An amazing find, this antique Victorian era postcard album is filled with 100 vintage postcards spanning from circa 1900 to the 1906. All the postcards in the album are clean, unused, and not posted. Some of the vintage postcards have undivided backs. The vintage postcard album has lovely border details. The antique album book would make an amazing decor accent on a living room coffee table. The antique postcards include a series of street scenes with people labeled Types de Genève, art reproductions of architecture and Genèva, Switzerland environs, a series of cards entitled L'Escalade de Genève, and postcards documenting the Convention de Genève 1864- 1906. The antique postcard album is in very good condition for its age showing signs of typical wear at the corner edges. There are a few broken mounts. The vintage postcard album measures approximately 11 1/2 x 8 1/2 x 1.
