Satin Next Gen TopCoat was designed to provide a perfectly balanced Satin finish. This product offers excellent leveling properties to ensure a super flat, smooth surface.  Enjoy the benefits of higher sheen and increased clarity without the orange peel texture and grippy feel of the old Glossy TopCoat.  Next Gen TopCoats are as good as it gets when looking for a medium for pearls and metallic powders - however they are also perfect as sealer coats over PDS and PS gallons.  Add extra sheen, richness and protection to your Plasti Dip or Performance Series colors with Frozen or Satin Next Gen TopCoats (1-2 wet coats is ideal when used as a sealer). Next Gen TopCoats respond extremely well to DipCoat Protective Spray, which is highly recommended for every vehicle sprayed with this coating. If you wish to dip your whole car, please consider one of our all inclusive car kits to do the  job. Next Gen TopCoats are designed to be sprayed through turbine systems such as the DYC DipSprayer or Advanced DipSprayer, however they can be sprayed out of a proper HVLP gun as well.  1.8-2.0 sized tips at 16-20psi would be a good starting point, and you can adjust per your personal set up from there. Test all applications in a small inconspicuous area to make sure it will meet your expectations and is suitable for each unique surface.
