A beautiful vintage Art Deco Coro duette brooch which is rhodium plated and set with baguette and faceted clear paste stones. The piece is stamped 'Made In Canada', 'Patented 1935' with the patent number 'PAT 1852188' and was made by the Coro operations in Toronto, Canada. The name 'Duette' comes from the American jewellery company Coro, who crafted their own double clip brooch in 1935 titled the 'Duette'. A lovely Art Deco piece, which can be worn as a brooch or a pair of dress clips.
