Dual-Yarn Yarn Bowl Snortimer's Hub, LLC
This is a 3D printed yarn bowl with chambers for two balls of yarn. It features a Yin-Yang pattern, and is a Snortimer's Hub design.Very easily accommodates 25 gm balls (e.g. Fair Isle style stranded knitting) center- or outside-pull. Accommodates 50 gram (e.g. two socks at a time style, or two color alternating knitting) center pull.Specifically designed for portable knitting purposes. Light, pulls well from a table but the yarn guide design also allows placement on the floor, keeping yarn both clean and well managed. Its two-ball capability makes it a favorite at home, as well, with the balls being easy to change as one traverses the pattern. The total outer diameter is 7".I use PLA to print these, so they won't withstand really high temperatures without warping (hot car in the summer, about 130°F), but it is more environmentally friendly than many other materials. Shiny colors contain small amounts of polyester in addition to the PLA.
