This handmade, hardcover blank sketchbook is wrapped with a rich and durable bookcloth. The Black bookcloth is Italian-made cotton-linen and the other bookcloth colors are handmade by me (Red is cotton-linen; Brown and Beige are 100% linen). The book measures approximately 8.5”x11” when closed. Choose a single letter to be blind embossed on the cover in either Serif or Calligraphy or Corgi silhouette. The calligraphed letters and Corgi silhouette are hand-drawn by me. Select letter style/Corgi silhouette when selecting Bookcloth color. The blind emboss effect uses no ink, but the letter/Corgi is raised. See photo for the alphabets. The endpapers are a thick paper that connects the inside of the front and back covers to the text pages. The endpapers are available in your choice of Yellow Gold, Cardinal Red, Soft Cream, Frost White, Chocolate Brown, or Olive Green. The Olive Green paper is a very special paper: Mohawk's Renewal line in the color Flower, 120# cover, and is made with renewable hemp and straw fibers as well as recycled cotton textile. The 140 blank sketch pages are a heavy, white 80# text paper, perfect for drawing in pencil or marker, collage, or journaling. The binding is hand-stitched using Irish linen and will stay open flat to make working easier. All books come gift-wrapped in cream kraft paper, olive twine, and copper seal. See sample in photos.
