Java Moss is a great moss for all freshwater aquariums. It is considered one of the easier plants to grow, tolerates variety of parameters, and it will attach to just about any surface. Almost impossible to harm, Java Moss is a favorite of many fresh water tropical aquarists. You will be getting 2oz portion. Roughly golf ball size portions Scientific name:Taxiphyllum barbieri Origin: South-east Asia Height: Up to 4 inches (10 cm) Width: Up to 4 inches (10 cm) Growth Rate: Slow to Medium Placement: Mid and foreground Lighting Needs: Low Temperature: 59-82 Fahrenheit (15-28 Celsius) pH: 5.5-8.0 Hardness: 6-20 dGH Difficulty: Easy USEFUL INFORMATION • The plants in the picture are used for reference only. Sizes and shapes will vary. • We also removed any visible imperfections before any shipment. However, we suggest a 1:3 ratio of water to hydrogen peroxide to wash the plants.
