Application Instructions (Heat Press) Cut in reverse Weed excess material Preheat all fabric prior to pressing for best results Apply design at 305°F/150°C-160°C for 12-15 seconds let it cool for about 30-45 seconds and then gently peel back the clear plastic until it is completely removed.
