Griot’s Garage Foaming Surface Prep Griot’s Garage FOAMING SURFACE PREP is your first step in paint correction or wax application. Its high pH blend of detergents and advanced active ingredients remove existing wax and contaminants preventing wash-induced scratches and delivering a clean slate from which to continue your paint correction. Foaming Surface Prep delivers an intense cleaning action that softens stuck-on dirt and road grime, breaking down contaminates and allowing them to be rinsed away with a high-pressure rinse. Foaming Surface Prep works great in the BOSS cannon or a foam sprayer like the iK Foam Pro 2 or iK Foam Pro 12. Spray Foaming Surface Prep onto the painted surface and allow it to dwell for up to 10 minutes. Foaming Surface Prep should not be allowed to dry on the vehicle. For tough, stuck-on dirt Foaming Surface Prep can be transformed into a powerful spray-on cleaner by diluting it in a secondary spray bottle. At a 10:1 ratio, you can make quick work of grungy road slime, bird droppings, bug splats, and other stubborn stains. Follow with a high-pressure rinse and then with a regular two-bucket wash system, especially if your vehicle was particularly dirty.
