Guide placement tape – Proof Fly Fishing
The perfect tape for holding guides in place while they are being wrapped. This tape is silicone free and will not interfere with rod finish. The narrow size makes it perfect for securing both large and small guides.
Our new 1/8 guide tape is made from an ultra strong and thin vinyl. It has a great adhesive that works much better than paper tape adhesive. This tape works great for holding guides in place when you are starting a wrap. This tape also works great for taping guides in place for fine tuning guide spacing. 110' per roll. Both the tape and the adhesive are silicone free so as not to interfere with thread finish.

Unlike the natural colored (masking) tapes that are so readily available, this specially formulated tape will not rip when being removed.
