Each workout is unique and can be easily adapted to your fitness level so they can keep your movements safe.Our "X24" method offers 50-minute classes known as the Quad, where participants engage in dynamic movement, high-intensity training, strength exercises, and abs workouts. With four classes available, including Strength X 101, X-HIIT, Movement, and X-Flow, each class is offered six days per month, allowing individuals to experience all four levels of fitness and complete the X24 method.
