Canson Marker Layout paper 70 gsm, My old and tested paper …

My old and tested paper pad to the right, sometimes a batch would fog but I think it is due my own mistakes in sensitizing. The pad to the left is new to me and I was told it is yhe one they may keep in the shop while the old one (right) will not be avilable on the shelf any more. But is it the same paper or not? In my view it is not and looking at it I see a blueish tint which probably means that there are Optical brighteners present. This is seen easiest as fluorescence when viewd by a UV lamp in a dark room. If the brighteners contain fluorides these would probably bind with silver in the sensitization stage- this could lead to fogging, sooner or later. In fact both papers give off UV fluorescence.
