This listing is for vintage pinking shears, manufactured in the U.S.A. by WISS. Circa 1960's. These shears are in great vintage condition. They still seem to have a sharp cut and don't appear to be sprung in any way. There is a little bit of corrosion on the metal screw. There are surface scratches on the steel, but this would not be uncommon for a pre-owned piece such as this. There is a branding hallmark on one side that reads: WISS. On the other side, the following has been stamped: K.S.C. U.S.A. These are just waiting to be put to good work. Length of shears 8 inches
