If using a color that has a tacky layer, remove the tacky layer using gel cleanser OR apply Ceramic Matte Topcoat and cure for 60 seconds. Shake the pens thoroughly and vigorously. For the first use, pump the tip of the pen on a piece of paper until the paint has saturated the tip. Now you can draw anything and everything! Wait a couple seconds for it to dry down to a matte finish. Apply Hi-Def Topcoat or your topcoat of choice.
