Plexiglas is a great alternative to glass when it comes to picture framing. It is lightweight and doesn't break or shatter like glass. Ship your artwork with confidence knowing that it will arrive to your customer or gallery safely. (Many galleries now insist on Plexiglas in lieu of glass.) - Clear Premium Framers Grade Plexiglas - 3/32" thick - white foamboard (also referred to as foamcore) Don't see the size you need? Not a problem! Let us know what size you need and we will quickly get you pricing. We encourage custom sizing - it's impossible to keep creativity to just a few standard sizes. Cleaning tips: Plexiglas can scratch easily so handle it and clean it with care! DO NOT use paper towels and glass cleaner to clean Plexiglas. Try a clean, soft cotton cloth (a clean white cotton t-shirt works great) and mild soap to spot clean. If that doesn't do the trick, try a local hardware store - they should sell Plexiglas Cleaner and Polisher there.
