PROCESS & IMPORTANT INFO:
- The pressing process essentially extracts moisture from the flowers to flatten and preserve them so you can enjoy their beauty for years to come!
- While I press all flowers and greenery you send, due to the organic nature of the process, I cannot guarantee that all flowers will press perfectly. I use whichever pieces come out of the presses looking their best. White flowers tend to brown or yellow more. Red and dark colors will darken. Certain flowers such as Calla lilies, white roses, lilies, lisianthus, orchids, garden roses, work well and sometimes they do not-it is not an exact science. Colors will not remain exactly the same once dried as when they are fresh.
- I am unable to press dried flowers, as they will crumble. If you have fake flowers/silk flowers in your bouquet I cannot guarantee I’ll be able to use them; some tend to be too thick, others I can deconstruct and use
- Because this is a custom made to order job, it is non-refundable, and I ask that it is paid in full at the time of your booking.
- Once an order is placed, I will message you with my delivery address and more detailed packing instructions (as shown below) for your flowers.
- The flowers needs to be fresh, and ideally need to be sent within 3 business days of your event (just be sure to keep them in water in the fridge until you can send them!)
- The pressing process can take ~2 months depending on the flowers. I can get them pressed, framed, arranged back to you typically with a 3-4 month turnaround depending on the time of year.
