We were very pleasantly surprised with this new needle. It is lighter weight than some other needles we have tried and many others we have found fault with or just did not like as well as our favorite tried and true. But sometimes it is nice to have options or different features and we feel this is a nice product. We think you might like it too! If we wouldn’t use it, we wouldn’t carry it. I have two in my pouch along with 4 ultra punches and I love them both. 1. Ergonomically designed with larger handle to reduce the risk of tendonitis and the pain caused by arthritis.2. Smart Punch comes with the most commonly used medium size needle, needle threader and even an extra needle. You will be able to put 2 strands of 8 or 12 wt perle cotton through this needle or 4-6 strands of floss.
