Our Purple Wood Stain is a deep jewel like stain to add depth and interest to your garden design. We recommend using this protecting stain with our Silver Fir Wood Protector product for the ultimate in contrasting colours. Try painting the weather boards of your garden shed in Purple and the door and window frames in Silver Fir. We've done it and it looks great.

Clean your timber or chosen exterior surface in preparation for the stain, the first application will add a key coat which will be readily absorded. Additional coats will deepen the purple wood stain colour and waterproof at the same time. Once you've reached the desired colour depth you can either stop there or use our Wood Protector Clear Tough Coat to add additional protection without enrichening the colour any further.

This top quality garden paint waterproofs, nourishes and protects all types of external timber, providing your garden with all year round colour and protection.

The superior formulation of this product allows it to be applied to terracotta pots and masonry (will adhere to any material that is porous).

So why not have a go and cheer up those tired pots and old walls as well as your fences and shed. Be adventurous and give your garden a complete make over with this versatile product.

Ideal for:
• Fencing
• Sheds
• Trellis
• Summerhouses
• Planters
• Garden Furniture
• Terracotta Pots
• Masonry

Features:
• Protective Coating
• Easy to Apply + Low Odour
• Pet + Plant Friendly
• Multi Purpose
• Water Repellent
• Mould Resistant
• Masonry + Terracotta Pots
• Easy Water Clean Up
• Light, Fast, Quick Drying

Coverage: 1 Litre will cover 8-12m² per coat

Advice: 2 coats are recommended with further coats increasing the solidity of the colour. Wood Stain + Protect is a wood stain coating so will wear off over time. If applying Wood Stain + Protect to a garden building that will be subjected to high levels of exposure to weather, it is recommended that you apply Protek Clear Tough Coat as a top coat.

This is a protective water-repellent coating. If your timber isn't treated with a preservative then depending on the type of wood and product, you may want to use our Wood Preserver ++ first.
