It's a good question, especially if you unfamiliar with the different types of forklifts available. In short, the biggest difference between an order picker and a reach truck is this: In an order picker, the operator goes up in the air with a load and manually "picks" an order from a rack. With a reach truck, the operator stays in the cab of the machine at ground level and moves the load up mechanically.
