This is a reliable and versatile tool that will keep running for years to come. The Foredom SR features key tip shafting to go with any of Foredom's Interchangeable Handpieces. A separate handpiece is required to run this motor. This is a tabletop version the SM motor with a built in dial control for speed. The yolk rotates to make easier access to your carving. The motor is fastened to the yolk and swivels to the left and right approximately at a 45 angle.

For high speed applications up to 38,000 rpm including light deburring of cast pieces, bright cutting in jewelry making and fine detailing in wood. Kit includes control box, handpiece with 2.35mm (3/32 inch) collet, variable speed foot control, handpiece cradle, spare pair of motor brushes, spare fuse and collet changing wrenches. The back of the control box has a convenient Voltage Selector switch for operating with either 115 or 230 Volt operation.
