Pebeo Setasilk paints are lively and intense colours that make all the classic silk painting techniques available to all. Made from resins and finely dispersed pigments. Colours intermix easily and offer palette of rich and luminous tones. Setasilk does not alter the flexibility of the fabric and is suitable for all types of silk, including twill, pongee, crepe and damask. 48 hours after fixing, colours resist hand washing and dry cleaning. To fix colours, iron on reverse side of fabric for 5 minutes or in the oven for 5 minutes at 150°C. After fixing, colours resist machine washing at 40°C (100°F) and hand washing. There are 29 colours to choose from – all colours can be used straight from the bottle, with Setasilk auxiliaries, or mixed together to achieve new tones. Also available are Gutta pastes in assorted colours, available in 20ml tubes.
