Each can contains 100 ml of paint, which is the appropriate amount for finishing one complete model.Painting polycarbonate bodies is done from the inside of the body shell as opposed to the outside of a traditional plastic model. When spraying the body from the inside, keep the can about 30cm from the surface. After curing, apply another coat as necessary.

The AS line-up of spray paints are specifically developed to provide the subtle shades necessary for finishing both historical and modern aircraft models. The paint is made up of a synthetic acrylic lacquer that cures in a short period of time. Each can contains 100ml of paint, which is enough to fully cover 2 or 3, 1-48 scale sized plastic aircraft models or one 1-32 model. Tamiya spray paints are not affected by acrylic or enamel paints. They may be applied over a cured spray painted surface.
