True Induction's high efficiency cooktop utilizes a magnetic based technology that will heat the ferrous metal in the cookware rather than the cooking surface itself. The induction cooking process is extremely energy efficient and can boil water in 1-2 minutes. Induction compatible cookware includes stainless steel, cast iron and enamel coated steel.
