Vintage pair of No 2100-7 Electricians scissors by Klein Tools Inc, but oddly they are imported from Germany called "Exla" nickel chrome finish has worn off completely, probably from late 1960's to 1970's has a 2" cut and measure just over 5". Have never seen this brand marked for them.
