We use these wick stickers for our own container candles as they're easy to use and hold the wick nice and safely tight. The downside is they will hold your wick up above the last bit of wax sitting on the bottom of your container and so the last bit of wax will not burn. We use these wick stickers for our own container candles as they're easy to use and hold the wick nice and safely tight. The downside is they will hold your wick up above the last bit of wax sitting on the bottom of your container and so the last bit of wax will not burn. These are relatively small with a 15mm diameter (which is a bit over 1/2 inch). 

These are placed in the inside bottom center (usually) of your container with a wick tab (holding a wick) sitting on top of it. They are sticky on the bottom and top.
