It's also best to use this cleaner at the end of your painting session and use a different rinse aid while painting. Instructions: Dip the brush into the liquid and scrub a little if necessary. The resulting foam will help rinse the pigments and binders out of the brush. Then, wipe the brush with a cloth and rinse with water. If the brush is very clogged, it may be necessary to soak it for longer, possibly overnight. You can use a rubber band or clamp to suspend the brush in the liquid.
