I like to try to match my book tabs to the book cover as best I can. Just makes me feel better when they align and have a cohesive color scheme. I typically go in blind with what I plan to annotate but usually tab: -main characters -funny moments -sweet moments -sad moments -quotes that resonate with me -spicy scenes When it comes to highlighters and pens, I usually assign each main character their own colors, and assign secondary characters their own too. I’ll use special gel pens to accent lines/quotes or just add some flare! And I love using my @needlexstitchco book sleeves to carry all my supplies along with my book!
