Hairdresser said he did this using his three-tier balayage technique. What do you guys think that is? I don't see anything special besides a typical, very shiny and beautiful balayage. : r/FancyFollicles

Stylist refuses to refund or fix my hair. Says she'll only fix it if I book more sessions. The color is patchy and it's cut unevenly. She said the color is doable.
