Can I clean my interior with just damp microfibers?

I've never been able to find an interior cleaner that I liked, that didn't leave some sort of film, or stickiness, stuff like that. My car never has any stains or actual dirt in the interior, just usual dust and what have you. Can I just use a damp microfiber to clean this stuff without worry

I've been detailing for 3 years but always have a problem cleaning windows. I get this streak and haze. I've tried switching products, using waffle weave microfibers, regular microfibers, shop towels, etc.
