Welcome to Day 9 of the 12 Days of Stitchmas! I’m Annie Williams and today I’m sharing two projects made with the gorgeous stitching die behind door number 9 in the 12 Days of Stitchmas Advent Calendar. This pretty ornament die is easy to stitch and the perfect size for gift tags, cards, or other holiday projects, so I was inspired to create a matching tag and card set in frosty winter colors. Watch video tutorial below or on our channel: For the gift tag, I cut Raindrop Cardstock with the stitching inlay die, stitched it up with silver metallic thread, and backed it with Brushed Silver Cardstock.  After adding a sentiment to a tag cut with the Create A Decorative Tag Die Set, I simply popped my stitched ornament up on top with foam squares. To make the matching card, I added a few more details to my ornaments for a bolder look.  After cutting them out of Raindrop and Waterfall Cardstock, I added Blueprint Sketch and Peacock Feathers Distress Ink around the edges and stitched them up with three strands of white thread for a bulky feel.  Then I added gems for a little sparkle.  The background was created by embossing a piece of white cardstock with the Vintage Ornaments 3D Embossing Folder and adhered to the card base with foam adhesive after stringing my ornaments over the top.  To finish of the card, I added a pretty sentiment from the A Merry Little Christmas Sentiments Glimmer Plate Set foiled in Cobalt Hot Foil. Other supplies White heavyweight cardstock, Peacock Feathers & Blueprint Sketch Distress Ink, sponge daubers, foam adhesive I hope you enjoyed these easy and fun stitched holiday projects and thanks so much for stopping by today.  You can find more inspiration over at my blog AnnieBWills.com and don’t forget to come back tomorrow to see what goodies are behind door number 10!
