Is this putty reef safe? - General Discussion - Nano-Reef Community

So I got this thinking this was the Loctite Putty people have been using in their reefs, but after looking everywhere for a mention of this specific one, I am left empty handed. Long story short, anyone use this exact type of Loctite?
