The hollow punch heads make cutting through stacks of paper easier. This heavy-duty 3-hole punch is preset for standard 3-ring binders. The design features an adjustable margin depth selector and centering guides. This Carl 3-hole punch also boasts a large-capacity waste tray that's easy to empty once you've finished your project.
